Candy Flash Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and neonlabgames ("we", "us") about your use of the Candy Flash game. By downloading or playing Candy Flash you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

Candy Flash is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Candy Flash on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You get a licence to use the game; you do not buy the game or any part of it.

3. Coins, boosters and other in-game items

• Coins, boosters, stars, blooms and other in-game items have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, sold, or transferred to another person.
• Candy Flash does not currently offer in-app purchases.
• We may change how in-game items are earned, what they do, or how many you hold, for example to balance the game or fix a mistake.
• Your progress is stored on your device. It is lost if you uninstall the game, clear its storage or reset your progress, and we cannot restore it.

4. Ads

Candy Flash is free and is supported by ads. Some rewards are available for watching an optional ad; a reward is given when the ad service confirms the ad was completed. We cannot guarantee that an ad will always be available or that it will load. How ads use your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, automation or modified versions of the game;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows you to;
• interfere with the ads in the game, including automated or fraudulent ad views or clicks;
• deliberately exploit bugs, or use the game for anything unlawful.

6. Ownership

The game, including its code, artwork, sounds, text and design, belongs to neonlabgames or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the licence in section 2, these terms give you no rights in it.

7. Third-party services

Candy Flash is distributed through Google Play and uses services from Google (AdMob and Firebase) and Unity (Unity Ads). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or stop offering the game or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We are not obliged to provide updates or support, and the game may not always be available or free of errors.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neonlabgames is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of in-game progress or items, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or any consumer rights, that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Candy Flash at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or suspend your licence if you break these terms. Sections 3, 6, 9 and 10 continue to apply after your use ends.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
